Pumpkin Spice Bread with hints of cinnamon and ginger!

This Pumpkin Spice bread will give you all the fall feels. It's so moist and flavorful.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 can 15 ounces pumpkin
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, ginger, baking soda and vanilla. Slowly add your water - beating well after each addition.
    This recipe makes 2 loaves. I like to use a traditional loaf pan and also a bundt cake pan. This requires separate cook times. Pour mixture evenly into greased pans. Bake loaf pan at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. If you are using a bundt cake pan you will need to only bake 30-33 minutes.
