Direct sales companies get a lot of bad rap. Sometimes it’s the people and sometimes it is the company it self. A few years back I dabbled in a DS beauty and skin care company. I LOVE LOVE the products but I felt like a “party of one”. Very limited training and resources. Which eventually lead to me throwing in the towel. Fast forward many years later, why I decided it was the right time for Park Lane Jewelry and why I said yes to direct sales…again.
At the end of last year, a good friend of mine sent me a text inviting me to a Park Lane Jewelry party. I immediately googled and got on their website. I loved what I was seeing but noticed it was a little pricey, but like a good friend I said “yes” to attending her online party. Never had I even heard of Park Lane, but I like me a partay so it wasn’t much of an arm twist! 😉
The online party consisted of a few days of party posts, where we learned about the beautiful jewelry and customer sale, which by the way is AMAZING!! Then the stylist went LIVE on Facebook and showed us all the bling. I mean, maybe I live under a rock but I had never seen that. It was so fun and interactive!! After that, she asked us to send her our wishlist. Not really knowing what that was, I was like “ok”!! THEN I somehow won a pair of $44 earrings! Wait. WHAT!!?? Best. Party. EVER!
Months prior to this I had posted a picture on IG of my summer favs or something similar. I received several DM’s from jewelry companies interested in partnering. So it got the ole wheels turning. Jewelry is such a statement, tells a bit of your story and personality. I love seeing someone take the same piece and wear it differently. Did you know wearing sparkle close to your face creates the illusion of an instant facial. Or how wearing pearls actually makes your eyes and teeth look whiter! Long necklaces elongate your figure and make you look taller. I mean, I am sold on that one alone! #shortyspice 😉
Where my researchers at?! This girl will utilize google and the worldwide web! 😉 I knew something was very special about Park Lane. So I started researching and learning about the company. I quickly found out it was the number one, longest standing, direct sales jewelry company in the world. Park Lane has been around for 66 years. It is family owned and operated. Three generations of family members are working there. They believe in empowering men and women to chase their dreams and goals while earning income. Needless to say I was quite impressed.
I signed up to be a Park Lane Stylist September 1, 2021. And I have been excepted, guided, cheered on, mentored, blessed with free jewelry, and the list goes on. Park Lane really stands behind who and what they say they are. No I have not “made it” yet in terms of wealth, recruiting, I don’t drive a Mercedes (yes, they even have a Mercedes car program) BUT everything is there if you want it.
A lady within our tribe was asked what she did for a living. She replied “I have the best job on the planet, I get to help men and women achieve their financial goals, while helping them feel beautiful and confident.”

I am so grateful I said “yes” to that first party. Park Lane has been such a gift to me. It truly makes me happy to see other women happy opening their first or 20th blue box!
