Easy Key Lime Pie
A delicious pie of lime zest, fresh lime juice and the most amazing creamy texture.
- 2 cans 14-ounce Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1/4 tsp Lime Zest
- 1/2 cup Lime Juice
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream and egg yolks. Whisk together on medium speed until fully combined.
Add lime juice, and zest. Whisk until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
Bake for 15-17 minutes into the preheated oven. Do NOT brown the pie. Should look set but not browned.
