Best of: Walmart. My Top Must-Haves for 2022!

Let me just start off by saying I love me some Walmart!! I live about 0.6 miles from one! I am there at least 2-3 times a week! So when I thought of doing a “best of Walmart” post it was a no brainer. Here are my top 10 must-haves for the new year.

I love that Walmart has really evolved over the last couple years. Before you just bought food and essentials. Now it’s a bit of a one stop shop. They have really upped their game in the clothing department. My Walmart even has the fun $1 section in the front like Target.

None of these products have any rhyme or reason, they are just products that I have tried and love. So here we go…

FERNS
Yes, the plant! I LOVE ferns! They are perfect all year long! Walmart has the best ferns hands down! They are huge and healthy. So with Spring approaching I highly recommend grabbing them as soon as they come out. For under $15 a piece you cannot go wrong. I have purchased ferns from Lowe’s in years past and I swear my plants never grew much. And if you protect them from the cold/elements you can get them to last all year. I am devastated because this last freeze I forgot to cover and protect my backyard ferns. They are looking pretty darn dead!! 🙁 I don’t have a link for these but be on the lookout here in the next few months.

LIL’ SCRUBBIES
Tiny but mighty these lil’ guys! I stumbled upon these over Christmas. I was shopping for stocking stuffers and needed a few things for myself! At that point I think I had a honey bun and some tissue. 😉 So I added these to the cart. Well thank you Ivy!! I LOVE these Lil’ Scrubbies! They are the perfect size. I just add my cleanser right on the pad and scrub away. So good for around my nose and chin. My skin feels so much more clean and smooth. And a heck of a lot cheaper than the handheld silicone facial devices. Use for a couple weeks then toss and grab a new one!

TUNICS & SWEATER
Back to Walmart upping their clothing game. I have seen several people post about WM fashion, and I’ll be honest I was a little skeptical. I mean I am used to buying detergent, not sweaters! Was even on a Zoom the other day and people were commenting about the hostesses sweater. Sure enough Walmart! So I got online and ordered 2 tunics and a sweater. As a person that rarely leaves her house my fashion game is pretty basic! 😉 Wearing jeans is like up there! So tunics, sweaters and legging are my besties! My uniform if you will.

The Time and Tru Women’s Crewneck Tunic did NOT disappoint! I LOVE this tunic! I bought it in Charcoal Heather and Burgundy Brick. Look adorable with leggings and sneaks. I’ve also worn it a little dresser with leggings and combat boots. It’s very lightweight, so you could add a layer underneath on cooler days and even a jacket over. Perfect for our wonky Texas weather, when you never know what you will get! And the quality is pretty darn good. I’ve washed numerous times and still looks great.

Every time I wear this sweater, I get a compliment. Dreamers by Debut Women’s Striped V-Neck Sweater is crazy soft and flattering. I love the depth of the v-neck and it’s a great length. Comes in a couple colors. Looks great with jeans and either booties or I like to wear an all white sneaker. Both are true to size. I am wearing a medium.

NOAH’S ROBOT
For Christmas Noah asked Santa for a robot. Not only one that he could build but also it had to be remote controlled. So “Santa” started researching!! Oh man I love this robot! It’s one of the coolest gifts he’s gotten. Him and his Dad built it together AND then you can link it to a device to operate it. So for a kid that loves technology BUT also loves the engineering of building this is a GREAT gift! Anysun STEM Building Blocks Robot, can link to your device but also has a remote control and I believe if I remember correctly comes in 4 different robots. You can also collect them. A robot army!!

SHARK VACMOP
Anyone else spend like 98% of the time vacuuming their house?! I swear my kids bring in half the outdoors every time they walk through the door. This Shark VACMOP is my jam!! It’s small, inexpensive and gets the job done! Not only does it vacuum but it also mops. It is a true lifesaver. Plus it plugs right into the wall to recharge. And you use the same pad for both features. Keeps my house looking clean on the daily!

KNIFE SET
My husband is an avid hunter. So he is also bringing home meat of all kinds. And one day he was in the kitchen using all my utensils and I was like bro we need to get you your own stuff! 😉 But for real! So I found him this cool, Wanbasion Titanium Plated Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife Set for Christmas. What a great set, comes with 6 different knives for an amazing price! Rust and stain resistant, plus the color is really cool. So now he can chop up whatever meat of the week he’s killed!!
