Method
- Set Crockpot on high temp.
- Add in your beans, cream cheese, corn, and green chiles.
- Add a few dashes of Tabasco sauce and kosher salt and pepper.
- Cover and let cook for about 3 hours.
- Add in your spices - garlic powder, chili powder and season salt.
- Reduce temp to low and allow to cook for a few more hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add in your cheese. Remain cooking until melted and creamy.
- Top with cheese, sour cream and jalapenos or you favorite toppings. Enjoy!
