Creamy Crockpot White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cans Cannellini Beans
  • 3 Cups Chicken
  • 1 Can Corn (Undrained)
  • 1 Package Cream Cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 Can Green Chilies (7 oz)
  • 2-3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2-4 Dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Season Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Poweder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheese

Method
 

  1. Set Crockpot on high temp.
  2. Add in your beans, cream cheese, corn, and green chiles.
  3. Add a few dashes of Tabasco sauce and kosher salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and let cook for about 3 hours.
  5. Add in your spices - garlic powder, chili powder and season salt.
  6. Reduce temp to low and allow to cook for a few more hours.
  7. About 30 minutes before serving, add in your cheese. Remain cooking until melted and creamy.
  8. Top with cheese, sour cream and jalapenos or you favorite toppings. Enjoy!
