Hippity Hoppity Easter’s on the Way! My Easter Table.

We are just a few weeks away from celebrating Easter. I love this time of year. The sun is in full shine. Something about the change in season sparks a new excitement and “something to look forward to” in me!

I love to add a touch of spring into my home. It doesn’t have to be this huge and expensive overhaul. I swap out pillow covers, flowers and vases. This year I found some great finds at Dollar Tree and Target dollar section.

My favorite thing is decorating my table. I am a 100% ambiance person. I love to use candles, pretty glasses and flowers. Really set a mood for my guests. I love to come up with creative ways to incorporate name settings and tiny details that make a difference.

We’ve been on a butterfly kick in my house. I am lover an collector of MacKenzie-Childs Butterfly Collection. Sadly it’s been discontinued. But I love to use it in my spring decorating. It’s so feminine and whimsical. I created some paper butterflies for my daughters room so I thought why not carry that into my table. I also added some fun black and white bunnies for a little contrast.

This might be one of my all time fav table settings. I love all the little vases and candles. I love mixing gold and silver. You will always find some twine and black and white somewhere! This table makes my eyes happy! 🙂

I decided to use these butterfly paper napkins as the table runner. I didn’t want it to feel to formal and it creates a nice template for the vase and candle vignettes.
I swapped out my everyday pillow cover for a more cheery spring version.
For awhile there it was impossible to find fresh flowers (thanks Covid) so I’ve stocked up on some beautiful faux flowers. This would be lovely with hydrangeas, or even roses.

Don’t be afraid to mix colors and patterns. For the chargers I used three different kinds – gold, wicker and silver. This also comes in handy when you have a larger table. I usually buy things in sets of 4’s. Plus this helps add interest and pattern to your table.

Holiday are also a really great time to bust out some of your fancier items. Like heirlooms or fine china. The wedding dishes you never use! 😉 These beautiful pink wine glasses are from my mother in law. They are absolutely perfect for spring.

Well I hope this gives you a bit of inspiration for your Easter table! I love would to see your creations!
