Your Favorite Cocktails Jazzed Up!

The Chile Lime Margarita

These are all cocktails we know and love we just added a little something extra that I know you will enjoy!

These delicious concoctions were created in lieu of Texas/OU weekend last year but we have made them many times after. We take our food and drink very serious here in North Texas and these have proved to be crowd favorites. My husband works for a beverage distributor he always brings home all types of samples. The latest was a pickled vodka! I know what you are thinking. As I was too! But it’s SO good! Which leads us to our first “jazzed” up cocktail…

The Pickled Bloody Mary. This traditional savory cocktail just got infused with Rocking M Ranch Distillery Pickle Vodka. It adds such a yummy extra layer of flavor. Mix in all your traditional favorites like tomato juice, celery, pickles and bacon! You name it! Skies the limit on this drink. We love this drink because it’s packed with flavor and you can enjoy as brunch, lunch or football party crowd pleaser.

The Ginger Apple Vodka Martini. I am OBSESSED with this next drink! I am not a big liquor drinker BUT this Frankly Organic Apple Vodka is legit amazing!! You immediately taste the sweet apples then it’s perfectly blended with ginger root. I like to mix with cranberry juice and a cinnamon sugared rim. SOOO good! Not to mention so pretty! I’ve also splashed in Prosecco right on top. Adds a lovely fizz. This is perfect at the end of a long day or a fun holiday cocktail at your next party.

The Chile Lime Margarita. Last but not least everyone’s favorite – the margarita! I don’t think I’ve ever met a margarita I didn’t like. I mean you can’t really go wrong – spicy, frozen, peach, strawberry, chile lime?! Yes please! I came across the delicious, Tajin Seasoning and thought this would go delicious with a margarita! And man was I right! It adds a extra layer of chile flavor, salt and lime. We mixed this baby up with Insolito Reposado Tequila and that beautiful salty chile rim and fresh lime. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Throw in some chips and guac and you’ve got yourself your very own happy hour.

Below you can find all three recipes. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! If you are looking for some “jazzed” up dinner ideas check out my Zucchini Lasagna.

Cheers!
