Hello my friends, I hope this week is treating you well. I have been trying to get in the fall spirit but these temps have been killing me! Most days I literally refuse to go outside. However, we did see a break and I was able to pull a bit of inspo and it came from my Ginger Apple Vodka Martini.
I am not quite ready for the traditional fall leaves and pumpkins but I’m ready for something! And I keep going back to apples. I have never used them for decoration, only eatin’ and and in this case drinkin’! 😉
This pretty is where it all begun. This cocktail truly depicts falls. The color, the ingredients, and of course the taste! So I thought let me create a warm, welcoming Harvest Fall Tablescape with Apples, Corn and White Pumpkins.
Many years back I was obsessed with corn husks for fall! I had it in my head to create this unbelievable, gorgeous corn husk wreath. Raise your hand if you think that ever happened?! Like my dream is to be crafty but it ain’t happening! Long story, dream wreath crushed I ended up with these beautiful corn husks! That actually helped me create this warm Harvest Fall Tablescape with Apples, Corn and White Pumpkins.
So if you have followed me for any period of time I always say use what you have! And I ALWAYS use some of my favorite, sentimental “fancy” pieces. I really feel it makes the experience even more special. So for this table I am using my Grandma’s china. It’s screams fall and actually has my apple inspo right there! It makes my eyes smile and my heart happy! 🙂
When I look at these pics I swear I smell warm apple pie baking in the oven. And that’s exactly what I want my guests to experience. Think of your best memories or feelings and then recreate them. It does NOT have to be expensive or fancy. Like I bought a couple bags of fresh apples from Walmart for 6 bucks! But yet you get all the fall feels. Then eat them! ZERO clean up! You’re welcome! 😉
Tablescapes are one of my favorite ways to get creative. Like anything goes! I love the colors, and textures, the way you can layer with fresh and faux. Y’all know I am big on that. Get creative! Get personal! You’re guests will be amazed.
