Easy Grilled Chicken and Sausage Kabobs

This page may contain affiliate links, see full disclosure here. While school has started and a new season is upon us, here in North Texas our temps still scream summer! We are not quite ready to give up summer grillin’ just yet. In my last Crowd Cow order I got chicken tenders and these yummy sausage links. I personally prefer chicken tenders to chicken breasts. They are so much easier to prepare and cook time is way less. And they are perfect for kabobs, you don’t even have to cut them. For these particular Easy Grilled Chicken and Sausage Kabobs I used purple onion, yellow and red bell peppers. I find the yellow and red peppers are much sweeter. And I like how pretty all the colors are. I rough chop them about an inch in size. I season the veggies before I put them on the skewers. Just olive oil, salt and pepper. For the sausage I used Mild Pork Italian Sausage Links. The flavor goes perfectly with the onion and peppers. I didn’t add any additional seasoning to these, simply just cut into one inch pieces.
